Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  2. - sugar to taste
  3. 3 teaspoons - curry powder
  4. 1/3 cups - melted butter
  5. 16 ounces - can pear halves
  6. 16 ounces - peach slices
  7. 16 ounces - pineapple chunks
  8. 16 ounces - apricot halves
  9. - mandarin oranges save juice
  10. 12 - cherries
  11. 2/3 cups - sliced almonds
  12. - coconut to taste
  13. - pecans to taste

Directions:

Combine sugar, curry and butter (along with reserved juice from mandarins).

Arrange fruit and nuts in pot; pour butter mixture over. Cook for 1 hour on range (or at 325 degrees F).

Refrigerate overnight; reheat until bubbles.
