Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - pineapple tidbits 15.5 oz.
  2. 2 cans - light fruit cocktail 15 oz. each
  3. 2 cans - mandarin oranges small can, drained, discard liquid
  4. 1 cups - fat free sour cream
  5. 1 tubs - fat free Cool Whip thawed, 12 oz.
  6. 2 boxes - sugar free, fat free white chocolate pudding mix small boxes

Directions:

Save cherries out of fruit cocktail and set aside for putting on top of finished product.

Drain pineapple and fruit cocktail, reserving 1-1/2 cups of liquid.

Mix reserved liquid with the pudding mix. Then fold in sour cream and Cool Whip.

Add all fruit into the mix; chill for at least an hour and enjoy.
