Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 16.5 oz. refrigerated sugar cookie dough (roll)
- 1 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces - Cool Whip thawed
- 1/2 cups - confectioners' sugar
- - fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi work well) sliced, as desired
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Roll out cookie dough and place on pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until golden brown (center will be soft, but will set during cooling).
Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and cool whip with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
Spread mixture over cooled crust.
Arrange cut fruit over cream cheese.
Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
