Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sugar
  2. 3 cups - boiling water
  3. 3 - lemons peeled, seeded
  4. 3 - oranges peeled, seeded
  5. 1 - banana peeled

Directions:

Mix sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Cool.

Puree lemons and oranges in food processor. Pour the puree through a sieve and reserve juice for another use, if desired.

Mash banana in food processor. Combine banana, fruit puree, and sugar water.

Freeze in a 9-x-13-inch dish, stirring several times while freezing. Before serving, spoon into food processor again and process just until smooth; return to freezer until firm.

Serve topped with finely slivered orange zest or frozen orange slices or halves dipped into sugar.
