Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sugar
  2. 2 cups - flour unsifted
  3. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 cans - fruit cocktail
  6. 2 - eggs slightly beaten
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Put sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a large sifter and sift into large mixing bowl.

Add fruit cocktail, eggs and vanilla. Mix well with spoon.

Put into greased and floured baking pan and bake 40-50 minutes in a 350 degree (F) oven.

Cream cheese icing is good on this.
