Ingredients:
- 2 cups - raisins
- 2 cups - peel
- 2 cups - cherries
- - pineapple
- 1 cups - dates
- 1 cups - currants
- 1/2 cups - nuts
- 2 cups - brown sugar
- 1 cups - + margarine
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoons - salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1/3 cups - to 1/2c molasses
- 2 ounces - sour milk
- 5 - eggs
- 3 cups - flour
- - cinnamon
- - nutmeg
- 2 cups - raisins
- 2 cups - peel
- 2 cups - cherries
- - pineapple
- 1 cups - dates
- 1 cups - currants
- 1/2 cups - nuts
- 2 cups - brown sugar
- 1 cups - + margarine
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoons - salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1/3 cups - to 1/2c molasses
- 2 ounces - sour milk
- 5 - eggs
- 3 cups - flour
- - cinnamon
- - nutmeg
Directions:
1. Put flour, salt and soda in a bowl and mix together. Toss in the fruit.
2. IN another bow, mix margarine, sugar and the eggs one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla and molasses.
4. Mix the fruit and flour mixture with the batter, alternating with the sour milk.
5. Pour into 10" tube pan lined with aluminum foil.
6. Bake at 250° for 3 hours.
