Makes about 45-50 half-cup servings; any flavor of Jell-o is fine, but Grandma Kay preferred peach or apricot.

Ingredients:
- 2 boxes - Jell-o, large boxes prefer peach or apricot, but any flavor
- 4 cups - boiling water
- 3 cups - sugar
- 12 ounces - frozen lemonade undiluted
- 2 cans - large cans, pineapple juice
- 6 cups - cold water
- 2 quarts - ginger ale
Directions:
Dissolve the Jell-o in the boiling water until thoroughly dissolved. Add and stir in sugar until dissolved.
Add frozen lemonade, pineapple juice, and cold water, and stir 'til mixed well.
Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
Pour into containers and freeze (two 5-quart plastic ice cream buckets are ideal).
Remove from freezer in time for punch to be slushy to serve (1-2 hours before serving, depending on size and shape of container).
Just before serving add the ginger ale (one quart added to each 5-quart bucket of frozen punch).
