Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Dry Pinto Beans Rinse Well
  2. 1 cloves - Garlic smashed
  3. 1 - Whole Jalapeno stemmed, seeded, minced
  4. 1/2 - Small Yellow Onion minced
  5. 1 dashes - Sea Salt
  6. 1 dashes - Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions:

Bring beans, garlic, whole jalapeno,1/2 of onion, and 8 cups of water to boil in a 4 qt. sauce pan, over high heat ; Reduce heat to medium-low, season with salt and pepper, and cook, covered and stirring occasionally, until beans are just tender, about 1 hour and 45 minute.
