Ingredients:

  1. 250 grams - Gluten Free Flour Sifted
  2. 250 grams - Cornmeal
  3. 10 grams - Baking powder
  4. 25 grams - Baking Soda
  5. 25 grams - Cream of Tar Tar
  6. 25 grams - Salt
  7. 30 kilograms - Sugar
  8. 2 - Large Eggs
  9. 190 grams - Buttermilk
  10. 85 grams - Water
  11. 150 grams - Fresh or frozen Sweet Corn
  12. 60 grams - Sunflower Oil
  13. 15 grams - Canola oil for frying

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400; Mix all ingredients together into a batter, preheat corn baking tray, fill with a tsp of oil and heat in oven. Pour batter in to heated corn tray and bake on the top shelf of oven for 20 mins
