Ingredients:
- 250 grams - Gluten Free Flour Sifted
- 250 grams - Cornmeal
- 10 grams - Baking powder
- 25 grams - Baking Soda
- 25 grams - Cream of Tar Tar
- 25 grams - Salt
- 30 kilograms - Sugar
- 2 - Large Eggs
- 190 grams - Buttermilk
- 85 grams - Water
- 150 grams - Fresh or frozen Sweet Corn
- 60 grams - Sunflower Oil
- 15 grams - Canola oil for frying
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400; Mix all ingredients together into a batter, preheat corn baking tray, fill with a tsp of oil and heat in oven. Pour batter in to heated corn tray and bake on the top shelf of oven for 20 mins
