Fresno Chile Hot Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - Stemmed Fresno Chiles
  2. 6 - peeled garlic cloves
  3. 3 tablespoons - Red wine vinegar

Directions:

1) Boil Salted water and add chiles. Boil until bright red (2 min), then drain
2) Blend chiles, garlic, vinegar in blender until almost smooth
3) season with salt, let cool
4) Can prep 1 week ahead
