- 6 cups - Strawberries
- 1/4 cups - Honey or 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
- 1/2 cups - Fruit juice (apple or orange)
- 9 - Baked pie crust
- 6 cups - Strawberries
- 1/4 cups - Honey or 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
- 1/2 cups - Fruit juice (apple or orange)

Directions:
Mash 1 cup strawberries, blend in sugar or honey, and cornstarch. Stir in juice and mashed strawberries. Cook over medium heat stir constantly and boils about 8 min. Cool. Pour 1/2 into bottom. The put in strawberries in and top with glaze
