Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Butter
- 1/4 cups - Brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 cups - Flour
- 3/4 cups - Seedless raspberry jam
- 4 ounces - Cream cheese
- - Goat cheese Can use cream cheese
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1 tablespoons - Flour
- 1 - Egg
- 1 - Egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 pints - Raspberries
- 1 cups - Butter
- 1/4 cups - Brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 cups - Flour
- 3/4 cups - Seedless raspberry jam
- 4 ounces - Cream cheese
- - Goat cheese Can use cream cheese
- 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 1 tablespoons - Flour
- 1 - Egg
- 1 - Egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 pints - Raspberries
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Line 13x9 pan with aluminum foil leave extra foil over ends to lift out pans later. In a large bowl beat butter until softened for 30 seconds. Add sugar and salt beat on low until mix. With mixer off add flour beat on low until incorporated. Break into chunks and press into bar. Bake 20 min. Cool 5 min. Lightly brush exposed foil with butter to keep filling from sticking. Spread jam over crust. Sprinkle with fresh raspberries. In Large bowl mix cream cheese on medium for 30 seconds. Add sugar and flour. Add eggs, zest and lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Bake 25-30 Cool pull out with aluminum handles. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
