Ingredients:

  1. 2/3 cups - plus 1/4 cup olive oil
  2. 1/2 cups - pine nuts
  3. 1 cups - pecans
  4. 4 cloves - garlic
  5. 2 - shallots
  6. 1 ounces - portabella mushrooms
  7. 2 cups - fresh cilantro
  8. 1 tablespoons - dried basil

Directions:

Place the nuts, garlic, shallots and mushrooms into the blender. Add 2/3 cup of olive oil and blend for 3 minutes.

Add the cilantro, basil, and remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil. Continue blending.

Serve over your favorite veggie.
