Ingredients:
- 2/3 cups - plus 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cups - pine nuts
- 1 cups - pecans
- 4 cloves - garlic
- 2 - shallots
- 1 ounces - portabella mushrooms
- 2 cups - fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoons - dried basil
Directions:
Place the nuts, garlic, shallots and mushrooms into the blender. Add 2/3 cup of olive oil and blend for 3 minutes.
Add the cilantro, basil, and remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil. Continue blending.
Serve over your favorite veggie.
