Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Quaker Oats (quick or old-fashioned)
- 1/4 cups - Brown sugar
- 1/4 cups - Margarine (1/2 stick)
- 1/4 teaspoons - Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cups - Brown sugar
- 1/4 cups - Water
- 2 tablespoons - All-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoons - Ground cinnamon
- 6 cups - Peaches, pears or apples (6-8 medium)
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. For topping, combine ingredients, mix well; set aside.
3. For filling, combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Add fruit, tossing to coat.
4. Spoon into 8-in. square glass baking dish.
5. Top w/ reserved oat mixture.
6. Bake 40-45 min. or until fruit is tender.
For MICROWAVE:
Combine topping ingredients, mixing well, and set aside.
Combine filling ingredients, tossing fruit with dry ingredients until covered. Spoon into microwave-safe dish and microwave on High for 6 minutes, stirring once.
Top with reserved topping mixture and microwave on High for 3-6 minutes or until fruit is tender.
