Fresh Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 5 - cucumbers
  2. 2 cups - vinegar
  3. - Sugar to taste
  4. - Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Use as many cucumbers as you want. Peel and cut them in half. Scrape the large seeds out. Put the sliced cucumbers into a container. Once the container is full, add salt and pepper and just a dash of sugar. Pour in vinegar - to little over half of the container. Fill the rest of the way with water. Cover the container and shake.

Put in the refrigerator over night.
