Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - sugar
  2. 2 - eggs
  3. 1 cups - vegetable oil
  4. 2 1/2 cups - flour
  5. 4 cups - fresh apples peeled, diced
  6. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  7. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  8. 1 teaspoons - salt
  9. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  10. 1 packages - butterscotch bits

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except butterscotch bits.

Pour into greased and floured 13-x-9-x-2-inch pan. Top with butterscotch bits.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.

Keeps well.
