    Make sure the onion is coated all over the chicken breast. I also spray the pan with PAM and spray the top of the chicken to have it more crispy when it's done.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - All-purpose flour
  2. 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  3. 1 - Egg beaten (or 1/4 C egg beaters)
  4. 2 cups - FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions

Directions:

PLACE Crispy Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper or keep it in the bag.
DIP chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
