French Toast

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - eggs
  2. 1 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1 cups - milk
  4. 10 - slices of white bread
  5. - butter
  6. - maple syrup
  7. - powdered sugar

Directions:

Beat eggs lightly in wide shallow bowl, stir in sugar, salt and milk.
Over med-low heat, heat griddle, coat with thin layer of butter. Place bread slices, one at a time, into bowl, letting to soak up egg mixture for a few secs, turn to coat other side, one at a time. Transfer slices to griddle heating slowly until bottom is golden brown turn and brown other side serve hot with butter, syrup, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
