French-Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  1. 1 heads - cauliflower cut in serving pieces
  2. 1 - egg
  3. 1 cups - milk
  4. - salt to taste
  5. - flour enough to make batter thick

Directions:

Cool cauliflower pieces in salted boiling water until half done. Drain well.

Mix together batter ingredients - egg, milk, salt, and enough flour to make a thick batter.

Dip pieces of cauliflower into batter and fry in deep fat in frying pan until light brown.
