Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds - rump roast
  2. 1 cans - beef broth
  3. 1 cans - condensed French Onion soup
  4. 1 cans - beer
  5. 6 - French rolls
  6. 2 tablespoons - butter

Directions:

Trim excess fat from roast and place in slow cooker. Add broth, soup and beer. Cook on low for 7 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split rolls and spread with butter. Bake 10 minutes or until heated through.
