Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds - Roast
  2. 12 ounces - Beer
  3. 12 ounces - Beef Broth
  4. 12 ounces - French Onion Soup
  5. 8 slices - Cheese Any preference
  6. 8 - Bungs Hoagie Style

Directions:

In a slow cooker, combine the roast, beef broth and french onion soup. Heat on low all day. Shred the meat and place back into the juice.

Divide the buns and add cheese. Place the buns in a 200 degree oven until cheese melts. Add meat and serve the juice on the side.
