Ingredients:
- 3 - bacon slices
- 2 pounds - meat in chunks
- 1 cups - dry red wine
- 1 - bouillon cube
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 2 - onions
- 2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - thyme leave
- - strip of orange peel
- 3/4 pounds - mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 1/2 cups - olives
Directions:
Brown the meat then add the onions. Add garlic until aromatic. Add to beef stock with other ingredients.
Cook to taste approximately 2 hours, until meat is tender.
