Ingredients:

  1. 30 - Ears corn
  2. 4 cups - Butter
  3. 2 pints - 1/2 & 1/2
  4. 30 - Ears corn
  5. 4 cups - Butter
  6. 2 pints - 1/2 & 1/2

Directions:

Cut off kernels from cob using an electric knife if you have one. Put in roaster with butter and half/half. Bake 225 for a hour stirring every 15 min. Cool and bag in freezer safe bags. No liquid needs to added when reheating and serving.
