Put flat pan in the oven when turning the oven on to heat up the pan. When placing buns in oven, pour some water into a hot pan under the buns to create steam while cooking.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - water warm
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- 1 teaspoons - honey
- 4 cups - flour
- 1 teaspoons - basil, savory, thyme, rosemary, sage, sea salt, teaspoon each
- 1 teaspoons - yeast
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread machine with water first and yeast on top.
Follow machine instructions for making dough. When ready, cut dough into buns sized pieces. Dust baking sheet with cornmeal, place bun dough on cornmeal. Brush buns with olive oil and more herbs and salt. When placing buns in oven, pour some water into a hot pan under the buns to create steam while cooking. Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes.
