Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  2. 1 cans - Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. - Salt to taste
  4. 1 cups - Chopped Walnuts
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Vanilla

Directions:

In a saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips w/ Sweetened Condensed Milk & Salt. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts & vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours, or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper & cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
