Flounder Stuffed with Shrimp

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 - small onion chopped
  2. 1 tablespoons - butter
  3. 1/2 cups - fresh bread crumbs
  4. 4 ounces - shrimp chopped
  5. 1 cloves - garlic chopped
  6. 1 tablespoons - chopped parsley
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - salt
  8. dashes - thyme
  9. - freshly ground pepper
  10. 2 - fillets of flounder (5 oz. each)
  11. 2 tablespoons - white wine
  12. 2 tablespoons - water

Directions:

Saute onion in butter; add bread crumbs and crisp. Stir in shrimp, garlic, parsley and other seasonings; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Place half of shrimp mixture in center of each fillet. Fold up ends into tight roll.

Place in baking dish and sprinkle with white wine and water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
