Florentine Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained, squeezed dry - 10 oz.
  2. 1 cans - artichoke hearts drained, chopped, 14 oz.
  3. 3 cloves - garlic minced
  4. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  5. 2 packages - cream cheese softened, 8 oz. each
  6. 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  7. 1 cups - grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 375.

• Lightly grease a 7x11 baking dish.

• In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.

• Mix in the artichoke hearts, spinach and Parmesan cheese.

• Season with garlic and lemon juice.

• Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.

• Bake covered for 20 minutes.

• Remove the cover, and let the dish bake uncovered for 5 more minutes, or until the surface is lightly browned.
