Flavorful Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 4 pounds - red potatoes
  2. 6 cloves - garlic peeled and thinly sliced
  3. 1/2 cups - fat-free milk
  4. 1/2 cups - reduced fat sour cream
  5. 2 tablespoons - butter melted
  6. 2 tablespoons - fresh minced parsley or 2 tsp dried
  7. 2 tablespoons - minced fresh thyme or 2 tsp dried
  8. 1 tablespoons - minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
  9. 1 1/4 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Scrub and quarter potatoes; place in a large saucepan and cover with water. Add the garlic. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 mins or until potatoes are tender; drain. In a large bowl, mash the potato mixture. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
