Five Veggie Pasties

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - mixed vegetables (carrot/pumpkin/kumara/onion/turnip grated
  2. grams - 500 grams beef mince
  3. 1 tablespoons - tomato sauce
  4. packages - puff pastry

Directions:

Heat frying pan and add olive oil and soften up the veg - 5 mins. Place in bowl and allow to cool. Add mince and tomato sauce and mix well.
Thaw pastry and cut 5 circle from each sheet. Place a tbles of mixture in each circle and close up into oval pastie shape, crimping edges well. Cook at 180 degrees 35 mins.
