Fish with Cherry Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 boxes - cherry tomatoes or small heirloom tomatoes
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons - fresh, chopped basil
  3. 1/3 whole - onion
  4. 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
  5. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  6. - salt and pepper to taste
  7. 2 whole - fish filets

Directions:

Chop onions, and cook in olive oil on medium heat until translucent. Add the fish, balsamic vinegar, and tomatoes, and cook until fish is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste, top off with basil, and serve.
