Firehouse Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Ground Beef
  2. 1 - Large Onion chopped
  3. 1 tablespoons - minced garlic
  4. 2 cans - Rotel undrained
  5. 8 - Velveeta cheese cubed
  6. 8 - Package of spaghetti
  7. 2 cans - cram of mushroom soup

Directions:

Brown the meat, with the onion and garlic. Drain. Add the soup and Rotel and mix well. Add the Velveeta over very low heat until blended and remove from heat.
Cook the spaghetti. Pour over or mix into the meat mixture.
