Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - dry navy beans
  2. 1 cups - onion diced
  3. 1/4 cups - butter
  4. 1/2 cups - maple syrup
  5. 4 cloves - garlic minced
  6. 1 teaspoons - prepared mustard
  7. - salt
  8. 3 - cooking apples 1/2 inch slices
  9. 2 cups - dry navy beans
  10. 1 cups - onion diced
  11. 1/4 cups - butter
  12. 1/2 cups - maple syrup
  13. 4 cloves - garlic minced
  14. 1 teaspoons - prepared mustard
  15. - salt
  16. 3 - cooking apples 1/2 inch slices

Directions:

1. Simmer beans until done in usual method for dry beans.
2. Sauté onion and add to beans with all other ingredients.
3. Use apple slices on the top and bake in 300° oven.
