    Refrigerating or waiting will result in butter separating.

  1. 16 ounces - Fettuccini Noodles
  2. 1/2 pints - Heavy Whipping Cream room temperature
  3. 3/4 cups - Parmesan Choose Sargento makes it richer
  4. 1/2 sticks - Butter


Cook noodles to al dente.
Take butter and toss with pasta (don't stir).
Take 1/2 the cream and toss then 1/2 the cheese and toss.
Repeat with the rest of cream and cheese.
Serve right away!!
