Fettuccine with Shrimp, Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - olive oil
  2. 1 pounds - shrimp
  3. 4 - large tomatoes chopped
  4. 1/2 cups - chopped fresh basil
  5. 1/3 cups - sliced black olives
  6. 3 cloves - garlic minced
  7. 2 tablespoons - minced shallots
  8. - salt and pepper
  9. 1 pounds - fettuccine cooked
  10. - grated Romano cheese

Directions:

Saute shrimp, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic and shallots in oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook until shrimp turns pink. Pour over pasta and toss.

Serve sprinkled with Romano.
