Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 14 oz. artichoke hearts (unmarinated) drained, chopped
  2. 8 ounces - Feta cheese crumbles
  3. 1 cups - mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese
  5. 1 jars - diced pimientos (small) drained
  6. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  7. - sliced black olives or sun-dried tomatoes optional

  11. 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
