Faux Sangria

Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole - clementine, apple, plum, AND peach or pear as desired
  2. 8 - strawberries
  3. 4 cups - apple juice
  4. 2 cups - black cherry grape juice
  5. 1 cups - white grape juice
  6. 2 cups - ginger ale OR sparkling pomegranate soda

Directions:

Combine thinly sliced fruit with juices in a pitcher, placing fruit into pitcher first and pouring juice over all. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Add ginger ale or sparkling soda just before serving over ice.

(You can substitute red wine for the ginger ale, if you prefer, but add it with the fruit and juice before chilling).
