Fancy Seafood Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - White sauce
  2. 3 tablespoons - Dry onion minced
  3. 7 ounces - Tuna drained (1 can)
  4. 2/3 cups - Shrimp
  5. 8 ounces - Mushrooms can; drained
  6. 1 cans - Chow mein noodles
  7. 1 cups - Cheddar cheese shredded
  8. 10 - Ripe olives sliced
  9. 7 ounces - Crab 1 can; drained
  10. 3 - Hard boiled eggs sliced
  11. - Potato chips crushed

Directions:

Cook white sauce (see separate recipe). Add cheese until melted. Add onion and olives.

Spray 2 quart casserole. Mix seafood. Make 1 layer with half. Layer half eggs sliced. Layer half mushrooms. Pour half sauce over 1st layer. Repeat for 2nd layer.

May add 1 cup chopped celery and 1 can sliced water chestnuts if desired.

Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
