Ingredients:
- 6 - servings instant potatoes made according to package directions
- - crisply cooked crumbled bacon optional
- - diced green onion optional
- - sour cream optional
- - garlic optional
- - shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
After preparing instant potatoes, add any combination of the optional ingredients above (bacon, green onion, sour cream, garlic, etc) and stir well.
Place in lightly buttered baking dish. Top with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and bake at 300 degrees F just until warmed thoroughly (about 20-30 minutes).
