Family Fun Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - mixed salad greens
  2. 3 cups - baby spinach
  3. 1/2 - small red onion sliced
  4. 1 - large Granny Smith apple sliced
  5. 1 cans - mandarin oranges small can, drained
  6. 1/4 cups - Craisins
  7. 1/4 cups - raw chopped walnuts
  8. 3 tablespoons - rice vinegar
  9. 2 tablespoons - orange juice

Directions:

Mix all vegetables and serve dressing on side for lower calories. Dip fork in dressing and then scoop up salad.

You can also add grilled chicken breast to salad as well.
