Use either packaged taco seasoning or your own mix of chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder (to taste). This dish is mildly spicy; if you want it hotter, add cayenne pepper.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pounds - sirloin roast
- 2 - green peppers chopped or sliced
- 1 1/2 - onions chopped, or more to tasteq
- 2 cans - diced tomatoes drained
- 1 cans - Rotel tomatoes with green chilies with juice
- 2 packages - taco seasoning OR mix of salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and onion powder
Directions:
1. Brown roast on all sides and then place in crockpot.
2. Add peppers, onions and tomatoes. Pour in seasonings and mix a bit. Add the Rotel tomatoes. Cook on medium-high heat for 5-6 hours.
3. When done, pull out roast and shred the beef with a couple of forks. Add back to crockpot mix until ready to serve.
