Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  2. 1/2 cups - butter or margarine
  3. 1/2 cups - pecans
  4. 1/2 cups - semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:

Heat brown sugar and butter to boiling and cook for 7 minute to hard ball stage.

Pour into 9-x-9-x-2-inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate on top and spread. Sprinkle nuts on top.
