Ingredients:

  1. 4 - chicken breasts, cooked & shredded, or chopped
  2. - ½ – 2/3 cup grapeseed oil vegenaise
  3. 2 - tsp fresh lemon juice
  4. - Sea salt
  5. - Pepper
  6. - Shredded carrots
  7. - Chopped apples
  8. - Chopped grapes
  9. - Dried cranberries
  10. - Raisins
  11. - Mustard
  12. - Curry powder
  13. - Gomasio
  14. - Chopped celery
  15. - Chopped pickles
  16. - Raw pecans, chopped
  17. - Raw almonds, sliced or slivered
  18. - Raw walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Can be served cold, on a bed of lettuce, or hot.  Heat at 350 15-18 minutes.
