Ingredients:
- 4 - chicken breasts, cooked & shredded, or chopped
- - ½ – 2/3 cup grapeseed oil vegenaise
- 2 - tsp fresh lemon juice
- - Sea salt
- - Pepper
- - Shredded carrots
- - Chopped apples
- - Chopped grapes
- - Dried cranberries
- - Raisins
- - Mustard
- - Curry powder
- - Gomasio
- - Chopped celery
- - Chopped pickles
- - Raw pecans, chopped
- - Raw almonds, sliced or slivered
- - Raw walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Can be served cold, on a bed of lettuce, or hot. Heat at 350 15-18 minutes.
