Elegant Seafood Mousse

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - envelope gelatin (7oz)
  2. 1/4 cups - lemon juice
  3. 1/2 pounds - shrimp shelled, cooked
  4. 1 packages - cream cheese
  5. 1 cans - salmon drained (7.5oz)
  6. 1 cans - crab meat rinsed, drained (4.24oz)
  7. 1/4 cups - green onion diced
  8. 1/4 cups - fresh dill chopped
  9. 2 tablespoons - ketchup
  10. - cayenne
  11. 1 1/4 cups - sour cream
  12. 1 - envelope gelatin (7oz)
  13. 1/4 cups - lemon juice
  14. 1/2 pounds - shrimp shelled, cooked
  15. 1 packages - cream cheese
  16. 1 cans - salmon drained (7.5oz)
  17. 1 cans - crab meat rinsed, drained (4.24oz)
  18. 1/4 cups - green onion diced
  19. 1/4 cups - fresh dill chopped
  20. 2 tablespoons - ketchup
  21. - cayenne
  22. 1 1/4 cups - sour cream

Directions:

No real instructions on how to make, just notes:
- use 1/2 cup of sour cream in recipe, 3/4 in garnish
- may be frozen without extra sour cream
- garnish with dill
- sprinkle gelatin over lemon juice to soften, warm to dissolve
- use only 1/4 lb of shrimp and the rest for garnish
