Egg Souflet

Ingredients:

  1. 8 slices - bread
  2. - cooked crumbled sausage
  3. 6 - eggs slightly beaten
  4. 2 cups - milk
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/2 cups - grated cheese

Directions:

Butter both sides of bread slices, remove crusts, tear apart and put into buttered 9-x-13-inch pyrex baking dish.

Mix all ingredients together except for cheese. Pour over bread pieces, and sprinkle cheese on top.

(At this point, you can refrigerate overnight, if you like).

Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
