Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground pork
  2. 6 ounces - cooked tiny frozen shrimps
  3. 1 - small can water chestnuts cut into strips
  4. 4 - medium potatoes sliced in small strips
  5. 3 - medium carrots sliced in small strips
  6. 1 - small head cabbage cut in small strips
  7. - chicken bouillon cubes to taste
  8. - egg roll wrappers

Directions:

Saute pork; season with chicken bouillon cubes. Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes with small amount of water when dries out.

During last five minutes of cooking time, add chestnuts, carrots and potatoes; cook until done but not soggy. Drop in cabbage and shrimp last and continue cooking until done but not overcooked. Cool.

Wrap in egg roll wrapper about 1 tablespoon per wrapper. Seal with beaten egg. Fry in 375 degree F deep oil; drain on paper towel.
