Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Ground Turkey
  2. 1 bags - Coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  3. 4 - Small baby boy choy chopped
  4. 1 bags - Bean sprouts Not canned!
  5. 4 - Green onions chopped
  6. 4 cloves - Minced garlic Use fresh or from the jar
  7. 1 tablespoons - Minced ginger
  8. 2 tablespoons - Lite Soy Sauce
  9. 1 tablespoons - Sesame oil

Directions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey and cook, stirring often to crumble, until cooked through. Do not drain. If it won't crumble, put it on a cutting board after it's cooked through and chop it more with a knife.
2. Add the coleslaw mix, chopped baby boy choy, bean sprouts, green onions,
garlic, ginger and soy sauce. (PUT THE GARLIC and GINGER in first). Cook for 3-4 minutes or until all veggie's have softened a bit.
3. Add sesame oil and mix.
