Egg Roll

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Egg roll skins
  2. 1 pounds - Ground pork
  3. 1/2 pounds - Shrimp chopped
  4. 4 - Shiitake mushrooms
  5. 8 ounces - Water chestnuts
  6. 2 stalks - Celery
  7. 4 - Green onions
  8. 1 pounds - Bean sprouts
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  10. 1 teaspoons - Soy sauce
  11. - Oil for deep frying

Directions:

Fry ground pork; drain fat, and add shrimp.

Chop mushrooms, water chestnuts, celery and green onions. Fry with pork and shrimp. Add salt and soy sauce. Remove from heat and add bean sprouts, mixing well. Cool.

Place 3 tablespoons of mixture in egg roll skin and roll up tightly, sealing edges with water. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

To serve, diagonally cut rolls in half and place on serving platter.
