Egg Nog

Ingredients:

  1. 1 dozen - Egss Separated
  2. 2 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 quarts - Whole Milk
  4. 1 quarts - Heavy Cream
  5. 1 quarts - Brandy
  6. 1 pints - Dark Rum

Directions:

Chill all utensils and bowls (helps things whip quicker)

Separate eggs ~ store yolks in fridge.
Blend liquors ~ store in fridge
Whip heavy cream ~ store in fridge
Beat egg whites as stiff as possible & peaking
Fold whipped cream and egg whites together and store in fridge

Beat egg yolks as stiff as possible. Slowly add sugar until dissolved.
Slowly add milk until blended well with sugar and egg mix.
Blend in liquors.
Fold in egg whites and cream mix.

Serve very well chilled garnished with ground nutmeg.
