Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 4 slices - to 5 slices white bread crusts trimmed off
  2. 1 pounds - sausage browned
  3. 1 cups - grated cheddar cheese
  4. 6 - eggs
  5. 2 cups - milk
  6. 1 teaspoons - salt
  7. - pepper to taste

Directions:

Spray a 9-x-13-inch glass baking pan with cooking spray.

Place bread in pan. Top with browned sausage. Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage.

Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over top.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
