Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - hash brown shreds thawed
  2. 1/3 cups - butter melted
  3. 1 cups - cheddar cheese shredded
  4. 1 cups - ham diced
  5. 1/2 cups - milk
  6. 4 - eggs beat

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Press potatoes into bottom of a 9 inch pie plate and drizzle melted butter over shreds.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes start to brown.

In a separate bowl stir together cheese, ham, eggs & milk - mix together and pour over hash browns.

Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes.
